In-Store Terms & Conditions

Special Orders:
  • A 50% Down Payment is required to place a special order for merchandise. Special Order Purchases are final, and no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once the order is placed. Delivery dates for Special Orders are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or port delays.

Clearance/Last Chance Items:
  • Purchases are in “AS-IS” condition. All sales thereof are final.

Warranties:
  • All warranties are honored by manufacturers. We will gladly assist you with any claims. No express or implied warranties, only factory warranties. We are not responsible for any third-party warranty claims, issues must be resolved directly with the third-party insurance.

Defects:
  • Must be reported to the delivery personnel at the time of delivery and noted on the delivery docket.

Layaway:
  • 30% Down Payment Required. The remaining Balance is to be paid in full within 90 days. Failure to pay the total balance within 90 days could result in forfeiture of the merchandise.

Quotes:
  • Printed Quotes are only valid for 7 days.

Shipping and Delivery

In-Store White-Glove Delivery

What does white-glove Delivery include?
  • Our skilled and seasoned delivery team will completely set up and assemble your purchased furniture. If you already have an old set in the location where the new furniture is being delivered, we can move the old set to another part of the house free of charge (as long as it is on the same floor and specified before the time of delivery). After the furniture is assembled to perfection, our team will pick up and dispose of any trash, or debris during the delivery period.

Online Orders Shipping and Delivery:

White Glove Delivery and Installation vs. Front Door Drop-Off
  • White Glove Delivery and installation includes bringing the items purchased in the home, setting up and installing the furniture in its designated room, and then disposing of any trash left behind.
  • The basic shipping and delivery method will be our Front Door Drop-Off method. The delivery team will deliver the purchased items to a dry and secure area outside your front entrance. A signature is not required upon delivery. The items will be left in their packaging. For apartments and condos with a front desk, your items will be delivered to the front desk area. If the apartment or condo does not have a front desk, the item will be delivered right outside the front entrance.

Order Tracking:
  • To track an order, all updates will be sent to the email provided on checkout.

In-Stock vs. Special Order Items
  • In stock: Once a purchase is approved, the products ordered will automatically be scheduled for a delivery date and estimated time of arrival.
  • Special Order: On average, special orders take about 4 weeks to be received in our warehouse. Once the products ordered are thoroughly checked we will then send out a delivery date and estimated time of arrival. Delivery Dates on Special Orders are estimates only and may change due to manufacturer or port delays.

Shipping Costs:
  • All shipping charges are subject to change until the purchase is confirmed. If the shipping and delivery prices do change, the client will be notified about the additional balance for approval before getting charged.

Order Returns and Cancellation

In-Store Returns/Cancellation:

Cancellations, Exchanges, and Refunds:
  • Cancellations for a full refund can only be processed within 48 hours of the purchase date. After 48 hours, a purchase may be canceled with the choice of either a refund with a 5% restocking fee or a store credit value equal to the invoice total. Store credit is only valid for 90 Days and may be used for an exchange. If the purchase is asked to be returned at the time of delivery, there will be a 10% restocking fee. After the delivery team leaves the property, you will have up to 72 hours to request a return. An additional delivery fee will be charged to repossess the returned merchandise. Returns will only be accepted if the furniture is in perfect condition. No cancellations or exchanges are allowed after 3 days from the delivery date. (If the transaction is paid for via credit card, 2.5% is deducted from the return total regardless of when the request is placed).

What items can be returned?:

  • All in-stock products are refundable if received in perfect condition.

  • Refunds take 5-7 business days after furniture is received to finalize, but may take up to 2 weeks.

Online Returns/Cancellation:

Cancellations and Refunds:
  • To request a refund or cancel an order, please contact us at info@castlefinefurniture.com with your order number in the email. Cancellations with a full refund can only be processed if the shipping company has not picked up the purchased furniture yet. If the purchased furniture is already on the way, the client will have the initial shipping fee deducted from the refund. The customer will also be provided with the shipping fee to send the furniture back to our facility. The shipping fee will be subtracted from the refund total as well. Once the returned furniture is received, it will be inspected for any damage. If there is any damage, the refund will be canceled.
What items can be returned?:

  • All In- Stock products are refundable if received in perfect condition.
