- White Glove Delivery
- Make sure to inform the delivery team exactly where you want the furniture placed.
- Have the area you want the furniture placed to be empty as they will not be able to move any old furniture for you.
- If you notice anything incorrect, it must be notated on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery. If you notice any boxes arriving with noticeable external damage, please take a few clear photos of the packaging & labels from multiple angles in case we need it for future reference.
- If any item arrives incorrectly, keep all original boxes and packaging materials. Claims, replacements, or returns cannot be processed if the original packaging is missing or not intact.
- In certain situations, items may arrive in separate shipments, depending on availability.
- If someone other than yourself is receiving the delivery, please ensure they’re 18+ and able to inspect and sign on your behalf.
