Delivery Instructions & Order Claims

• Threshold Delivery

- Your order will be delivered just inside your front door, garage, or the first dry area of your home.
- Ensure the entryway is clear and accessible for the delivery team.
- Any issues or damages must be noted on the delivery paperwork at the time of delivery, so make sure to open the packaging before signing.
- If any item arrives incorrectly, keep all original boxes and packaging materials. Claims, replacements, or returns cannot be processed if the original packaging is missing or not intact.
- Delivery windows are typically estimates; please ensure someone is available during the entire window to receive the item.
- Someone 18+ is present to receive and sign for the delivery.

Important Note About Claims

All claims related to shipping damage or defects are processed directly through the delivery carrier or the manufacturer, depending on the situation. While we’ll absolutely help facilitate the claim on your behalf and stay in touch throughout, the resolution and liability is subject to the carrier or manufacturer.
